General Information

Delivery – Orders placed and paid before 12 midday on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed & paid after 12 midday weekdays will be dispatched the following weekday. Orders placed & paid for after 12 midday on Fridays and over the weekend will be dispatched Monday. Deliveries are done by The Courier Guy

Order Collection (Weekdays Only) – Order & pay in the morning (before 10am) to collect after 12pm before 4pm the same day (weekdays only). Orders placed in the afternoon can be collected after 10am before 4pm the following morning (weekdays only). All orders placed on the weekend can be collected Monday morning after 10am before 4pm. Our collection facility is located in a secure office park in Fourways, Johannesburg. Access details will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will exchange it for the same item.

When you choose to make a payment via credit card on our site, you are directed to PayFast’s secure servers where you enter your data and process your payment – and then back to us after payment is accepted. This means we never see your credit card details at any stage in the checkout process.
