Description
Brew Salts contain Gypsum (Calcium Sulphate) which is useful for adding calcium and sulphate to the water, enhancing the hoppy “crispness” as well as Chalk (Calcium Carbonate) to harden the water and lastly Epson Salts (Magnesium Sulphate) to increase magnesium and sulphate to add hoppy “bitterness” perception.
