Description
A dual-purpose hop, Mosaic is so named because it gives a range of aromas and flavors which are complementary to other common hop aromas. The character seems to change depending upon the conditions it is in. Most likely to be used in IPA, Pale Ale, Saison, Fruit Beers
Typical AA: 10.5 – 14%
