Description
Southern Promise has fairly high alpha acids and low cohumulone giving it bright and smooth bittering qualities. It is largely considered a nice dual-use hop with a pleasant and unobtrusive woody and earthy quality. Works well in Pale Ale and Lager beers.
Typical AA: 9.5 – 11.5%
