Description
Alkaline Cleaner is a cleaning agent that contains a potent base that can break down and dissolve fats, oils, grease and other protein-based deposits.
Replaces Caustic Soda cleaners. Effective at All Temperatures. Safe to handle. Generates 4 – 5% Oxygen. Removes proteins and fatty acids.
Heating of water will benefit cleaning ability. To remove labels and heavy soiling soak items for some time.
Dilution Rate: 5 – 20g to 1 litre of water depending on soil load.
Important: Cleaned surfaces are to be rinsed with water before sterilising with No Rinse Sanitiser
