Alpha Amylase Enzyme (5g for 23L) is a high temperature tolerant enzyme, with very high enzymatic activity. Alpha Amylase Enzyme (5g for 23L) can be used as pre-processing of any un-malted grain or any other starch based mash before fermenting it with a turbo yeast.
Contains Glucoamylase Enzyme (GA) which will take care of the remaining dextrins.
