NFP Belgian Ale Yeast is a fruity driven strain that gives a high mouthfeel and body to a beer. Ideal for Belgian Ales (Blond, Dubbel, Tripel, Quadrupel Styles). A widely used ale yeast with low sedimentation properties. This strain is extremely consistent, with excellent wort attenuation and a superb flavor profile.
Ideal Fermentation Temperature: 15–20°C
Attenuation: 68–72%
Alcohol Tolerance: 9-11 ABV%
