Description
Grape Tannin are a group of naturally occurring chemical compounds called polyphenols found in grape skins, seeds, and stems.
Used to add astringency (the drying, puckering sensation in your mouth) and structure of wines (most often Red), contributing to their body, complexity, and ageing potential.
Dosage rate:
White/Rose add ¼ tsp/5 litre
Red add ½ tsp/5 litre
Fruit add ½ tsp/5 litre
Add at the start of fermentation.
