This Cider Yeast is specially selected for its ability to produce all types of ciders—even under difficult fermentation conditions. It is suitable for sweet and dry ciders made from fresh or concentrated apple juices.
For 20 to 30 litres.
Temp. range (18-34°C)
ABV% max. (17%)
Re-hydrate in 60ml warm (38°C) water with 5g sugar for 20 -30 mins, before adding.
