Pectolytic Enzyme is a protein that breaks down pectin to produce a clear wine and is recommended for use in all fruit wines to get the most juice, colour and flavour from the fruit.

For best results, Pectolytic Enzyme must be added before fermentation.

Dosage: Add 1ml per 25 litres. Stir in thoroughly and leave for 3 hours before adding yeast.
