Description
This Saison has a complexity of flavour that belies its simple ingredients. A soft malt character contributed by the Pilsner malt supports spicy and fruity flavours resulting from the yeast. Though the hops presence is perceived it never overwhelms the spicy complexity of the beer. The important factor here is to ferment hot and fast. A fantastic summer brew and enjoy beer.
Includes: malt extract, brewing sugar, steeping grains, bittering hops and brewing yeast. Brewing of these recipes requires the use of a minimum 12 litre pot, thermometer, grain steeping bag and hop bag.
Fermentation Temperature Range: 18 to 28°C
