Used to produce fine, elegant sparkling wines.

May also be used for re-fermentation in bottle for carbonisation.

Sufficient for up to 25 litre fermentation.

Re-hydrate in 60ml warm (38°C) water with 5g sugar for 20 -30 minutes before adding to must.

Fermentation temperature range  13-20°C

ABV maximum 15%
