Description
A dark beer with a characteristic tan head and a thick, creamy quality. This is a London style stout, which is a sweeter stout with a creamier texture due to the addition of Lactose and the use of Chocolate malt.
Includes: malt extract, brewing sugar, steeping grains, bittering hops and brewing yeast. Brewing of these recipes requires the use of a minimum 12 litre pot, thermometer, grain steeping bag and hop bag.
Fermentation Temperature Range: 15 to 20°C
