Sweet Orange Peel lends a light, citrusy flavor and aroma to beers. Used in Belgian Ales, Strong Ales, and your special Christmas themed beer, but it can be used in any beer that you think could use some citrus punch. Add 30g to a 20-22 litre batch during the last 2-5 minutes of the boil.
