Description
White Mould (Penicillium Candidum) is a specialty strain of white mould powder for making Brie and Camembert cheeses. It provides a mould with moderate aroma, surface density and height. It is generally used to achieve a moderate-fast ripening time.

Storage: Store in the freezer for up to 12 months. Can be transported at room temp for up to 10 days.
Usage Rate: Contents of capsule can be used to treat up to 2.5 litres of milk.
