Sometimes you need a beer to quench your thirst on hot summer days that drinks remarkably easy. Our African Light Ale is that beer. It starts with a clean malt base and features a touch of corn to add depth yet keep the body light. Classic South African hops are used for their crisp bittering character and paired with a clean fermenting ale yeast.
Includes: grain, hops and yeast. Brewing of these recipes requires either the use of a minimum 45 litre mash tun and a 35 liter Boil pot or a 50 litre pot or urn with grain bag for BIAB, thermometer, hydrometer or refractometer and hop bag.
