Description

Alcotec Vodka Turbo w/GA (for 25L) produces a very pure fermentation. Contains both Turbo Yeast, Yeast Nutrient, Amylase Enzyme and Vitamins for rapid fermentation.
For grain based recipes, we have added a GA (glucoamylase) enzyme which breaks down dextrins which are leftover after mashing the grain. Ideal for use with sugar, grain or potato feedstock in Vodka or other white spirit production.

For un-malted grain based recipes, you also need to pre-treat the wash with Alcotec Alpha Amylase Enzyme (sold separately).  Producing full, rich fruity aromatics.
