Description

Alcotec Whisky Turbo w/GA (for 25L) is designed to retain flavours from the wash, necessary to create a good Whisky. Contains Yeast, Yeast Nutrient, Amylase Enzyme and Vitamins for rapid fermentation. Alcotec Whisky Turbo w/GA (for 25L) can be used for grain based recipes as it has  a GA (glucoamylase) enzyme added which breaks down dextrins present after mashing. For un-malted grain based recipes, you also need to pre-treat the wash with Alcotec Alpha Amylase Enzyme (sold separately).

Producing full, rich fruity aromatics, it also includes glucoamylase enzyme to break down and convert starch and carbs into sugars for optimum yield.
