Description

Is a beer brewed as the ale’s answer to a lager. Brewed to be light and refreshing with a straw to pale golden colour. Hop and malt flavour are subdued and corn flakes are used to lighten the body.

Includes: Includes grain, hops and yeast. Brewing of these recipes requires either the use of a minimum 45 litre mash tun and a 35 liter Boil pot or a 50 litre pot or urn with grain bag for BIAB, thermometer, hydrometer or refractometer and hop bag.

Not Supplied: 500g Corn Flakes (breakfast cereal) and 500g white cane sugar.

Fermentation Temperature Range: 16 to 21°C
