A wonderful gap bridging style with Germanic flair that is named for the city that birthed it, Cologne. Kolsch is neither a pale ale nor a pale lager, but a beer somewhere in between that is as approachable as it is flavourful.
Includes: malt extract, brewing sugar, steeping grains, bittering hops and brewing yeast. Brewing of these recipes requires the use of a minimum 12 litre pot, thermometer, grain steeping bag and hop bag
