An Irish style Red Ale, easy drinking with subtle fruit flavours and a mouth filling maltiness. Almost as magical as the Emerald Isles themselves.

Includes: extract, grain, hops and yeast. Brewing of these recipes requires the use of a minimum 12 litre pot, thermometer, grain steeping bag and hop bag.

Fermentation Temperature Range: 15 to 20°C
