This fermenter is an excellent choice. The bucket body and lid are made of food grade polypropylene for durability. Its plastic body makes it lightweight and safer than a glass carboy. The Twin Chamber Airlock allows the carbon dioxide from the fermentation process to escape without allowing outside air to enter, and the tap will save you time and removes the need for a siphon.
