A Pre-hopped and profiled Barley malt extract (1.5kg) and Brewhancer (Light) (1.0kg) supplied with yeast, finings and finishing hops.
Complete kit for a 22L brew.
Taste Notes: fruity flavour, with gooseberry and grass with aromas of cassis, elderflower, grapes, grapefruit and lemongrass. This beer has low hop bitterness and a clean finish.
Note: This Ingredient Kit is fermented at Ale temperatures (15 to 20°C)
