A delightfully sessionable, thirst quenching beer with a light, spicy finish. The addition of Cinnamon and Mace add a wonderful Festive flavour to this beer making it an ideal addition to the Festive table. The Lawnmower Beer of Trappist Monks, this easy drinking, low alcohol beer will quench your thirst on hot summer days.

The NFP Heritage Series range was developed in response to a need for some bespoke, tailor made beers made using NFP Premium Kits as a base.

These recipes have been updated to match current pack sizes but are otherwise left as they were originally created – a tremendous heritage and a proven track record. The NFP Heritage Series range is made entirely from 100% malt extract.

The Heritage Series range allows home beer makers to experience flavours from around the world in their own homes, enjoyably and economically.

Brewing of this beer will also require the use of a Grain Steeping Bag and the following: 500 g Soft Brown sugar, 1/2 Cinnamon stick and 1/8 tsp Mace, crushed

Note: This Ingredient Kit is fermented at Ale temperatures (15 to 20°C)
