It produces well-attenuated beers and is ideal for wheat-based beers, such as Belgian Wit Beers and German styles like Weissbier. Produces typical phenolic notes of wheat beers and a very good ability to suspend during fermentation.

Attenuation: 86-90%
Alcohol Tolerance: 9-11%
